OUR VALENTINE MENU:

 

                                                                    Nosh: Selection of Red & White Wine, Olive Oil Dipping Plate with warm crusty bread during set up and prep of first course.

                                                                   First Course: Lobster Bisque - creamy collection of Lobster, Cream, Fresh herbs and a touch of Brandy. Served with seasoned Toast Points

                                                                  Second Course; Grilled figs stuffed with Gorgonzola Cheese and crushed Pistachio wrapped in Proscuitto and Bacon and Avocado wrapped Shrimp

                                                                  Third Course; Garden mix of fresh greens and salad things, Pomegranate Vinaigrette plus warm loaf

                                                                  Palate cleanser: Cool Lemon Sorbet with raspberry drizzle and fresh mint leaf.

                                                                 Main Course: Chicken Marsala, Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes or Salmon  Buerre Blanc w/Rice Pilaf both include a mengae of fresh sauteed vegetables tossed in olive oil and sea salt
